By accessing or using VidGenn ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VidGenn provides AI-powered tools for generating faceless videos, adding animated captions to videos, and related content creation features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits are purchased and consumed based on usage. Unused credits do not roll over at the end of a billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create content that violates any applicable law, infringes on intellectual property rights, or promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using VidGenn. VidGenn does not claim any ownership over your generated videos, scripts, or uploaded media.

7. Limitation of Liability

VidGenn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
