We collect information you provide directly: email address, account name, and payment information (processed securely by Dodo Payments). We also collect usage data: videos created, styles used, pages visited, and interaction with our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send service-related communications, improve our AI models and user experience, and detect and prevent abuse.
3. Data Processing
Video and audio content you upload is processed temporarily to generate captions and videos. Processed data is stored securely and only retained as needed to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train third-party AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers (payment processors, cloud infrastructure) who are bound by data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information and content as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights

We use essential cookies for authentication and service functionality. We use analytics cookies (via Vercel Analytics and Getsleek) to understand usage patterns. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), encryption at rest, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission is 100% secure.
9. Third-Party Services
VidGenn integrates with: Supabase (authentication and database), Dodo Payments (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Getsleek (analytics), and Replicate (AI model inference). Each service has its own privacy policy.
